California Cremation & Burial, San Diego is located on the corner of 59th Street and El Cajon Boulevard, three blocks west of College Avenue. This location operates in a 12,000 square foot, two story stucco building with burgundy awnings and has been in operation at this location for 28 years.

Funeral services and memorials are held here, with chapel seating for 150 guests. There is also a reception hall, a family room as well as a large quiet area for private goodbyes.

Once we take your loved one into our care, they will remain here until authorization for disposition is given by the legal next of kin (traditional funeral or cremation). Your loved one will rest comfortably, in their own appointed space until scheduled service or a permit has been issued for cremation. Onsite temperature regulated rooms retards rapid decomposition. So, your family may have a private viewing even if you choose not to embalm.
