Warren Rabb

On Friday, February 21, 2020, Warren Rabb was called home to be with the Lord. The earthly world has lost a wonderful soul. Warren spent his early years in Alabama and Florida and later relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio with his beloved mother Ethel Rose (Tucker), father Warren Rabb Sr. and older brother Bob (John Robert). Warren excelled in academics and graduated as the salutatorian of his high school. Being the high achiever that he was, he was disappointed that he wasn’t valedictorian. After high school Warren served in the Marine Corps and Air Force. During this time period he met and married “the love of his life” Mildred Miller and they had daughter Janet Victoria and son Roderic Anthony. Warren joined the Navy which took the family to various cities, but they eventually settled in beautiful San Diego. Warren and Mildred bought a home, excelled in their respective careers, and started a security company. After retiring from the Navy, Warren continued to grow the business and began another career in law enforcement. He served eight years as a Deputy Sheriff and thirteen years at US Customs. During his military and law enforcement careers Warren earned a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees (Psychology and Business Analysis). Warren was passionate about his family, his community, and personal growth.

Warren is survived by his daughter Janet, granddaughters Tanesha, Kenisha, and Janet, and grandsons Marlon and Warren Anthony. He is also survived by great-grandson Anthony, niece Peaches (Elizabeth), nephews Kevin and Butch (Terrence), great nephew Terrence Jr., the spouses of children and grandchildren, cousins, godchildren, and lifelong friends who have become family throughout the country. Warren was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, wife, and son. He will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
