Reyna Diaz Barba

Reyna Diaz Barba, at age 43, passed away on April 26, 2026.

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Reyna was the middle child of six siblings. She attended Mar Vista High School, where she met Michael Belandres Sr. The two were married on April 10, 2000, and together they raised four children.

Reyna is survived by her beloved children: Mario, Michael, Cassandra, and Xavier Belandres.

She found joy in scrapbooking, playing card and board games, and listening to music. Reyna was often described as strong-willed, loving, insightful, and thoughtful. She was deeply cherished as a daughter, sister, aunt, and mother.

Her love, strength, and presence will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
