Raymond Lee Russell

On September 2nd, at 3:38 am, Raymond L. Russell (Heard) of San Diego, Ca. passed away at the age of 41 years old.

Raymond was born on November 21st, 1978 to Donna Stewart (Canady) and Milton Heard in San Diego, Ca.

Raymond was a free-spirited, giving and extremely outgoing individual. His passions included writing & listening to music, nature, fashion, cooking, collecting action figures & was a comic book nerd. He has resided in both San Diego and Sacramento Counties.

Throughout his lifetime, Raymond has worked at companies like Vons, 32nd St. Naval Base Commissary, Caltrans, etc. He has also volunteered his time within the San Diego community at Western Service Workers Association and in Sacramento at Good Will Industries.

Raymond was predeceased by his biological father, Milton Heard.

Raymond is survived by his son Malik, his daughter Brooklyn, his Mother Donna Stewart & her husband and Kenneth Stewart, his father Bernard Russell Sr., his brother Bernard Russell Jr., and the entire Russell, Canady, and Heard families.

A memorial service will be held on Sept. 18th at 5880 El Cajon, Blvd in San Diego, Ca. at 10:30 am. The burial ceremony will be held at Mount Hope Cemetary at 2 pm.
