A Life Remembered On March 30th 1978 beautiful baby girl was born named Nicole Janine Cook in San Diego CA to JoAnn Olden and Mathew Cook Jr. Nicole was the third child born of three children. Nicole attended Hancock Elementary, Jean Farb Middle School, Kearny High School located in San Diego Ca. After High School Nicole worked as a telemarketer for various companies as she enjoyed talking to people anytime, she had a chance. Nicole became the mother of two adorable Sons, Zion Loyden and Zayvion Dunn who she cherished with her heart and soul. After working numerous telemarketing jobs Nicole found a new liking as a Security Guard working for BHI Security at her post at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in San Diego, CA. Nicole gained so many friends at Kaiser and loved praying for patients while securing the space. Nicole loved going to travel, Bingo, Karaoke, Shopping, Fashion, Make-up, Hair and Nails. Most of all she dedicated her time to her Sons, feeding the homeless, spending time with her family and socializing with people that loved the Lord. Nicole was the life of the party at family events and she loved to Laugh and tell jokes. You could always count on a good laugh whenever she was around. Nicole loved to write daily scriptures of the bible and created a message for each daily scripture she’d write. Nicole spent time fellowshipping with many churches and prayer groups. Nicole wanted people to know the Lord so much even her vehicle licenses plate stated PRA DAL (Pray Daily). A Change of Address Through all her trials and tribulations Nicole always kept a Big Smile on her face. Nicole was so eager to return to work however God had a new assignment for his child. So on February 1st 2021. God reached out his hand and Nicole accepted the invitation and went home to be with his Heavenly Father. She was a devoted Christian and was escorted by God’s Angeles to Heaven. God waited in Heaven for his arrival. You see, Heaven is a place where the streets are paved with gold. She doesn’t have to cry, grieve or feel no more pain. She has been redeemed. Nicole is proceeded in death by her grandmothers: Lovie Mae Bailey and Grace Cook, Grandfather: Clarence Olden Sr., Father Mathew Cook Jr, One Aunt Yvonne Cox and one Great Aunt Cat. Three Uncles: Phillip Burtrum Oglesby, Clarence Oliver Olden Jr and William Alvin Bailey. Their all waiting for Nicoles arrival along with our other relatives and friends on the other shore. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her mother JoAnn Olden, of San Diego CA, Two Sons Zion Loyden, of Long Beach, CA Zayvion Dunn of San Diego CA, One Sister Leslie Young of Paramount CA Four Brothers Mathew Cook III (Mellisa) of San Diego, Jamie Cook of San Diego CA. Tyrone Cook of Baja CA, Marcel Cook (Natasha) of Las Vegas, NV: Three Nieces Kyrah Cook and Pompeia Cook of San Diego, CA Nature Cook of Las Vegas NV One Nephew: Christopher Cook of San Diego CA Aunts Carrie Mae Morrell, Diane Olden, Linda Franklin all of San Diego, CA. Zondra (Rodney) Johnson and Toni (Fellie) Bradford of Bakersfield, CA. Also a host of other relatives and friends
