Maria Loret Oquendo

Maria Loreto S. Oquendo, 81 of San Diego, Ca. Loreto “Lori” was born December 10, 1943 in Numancia Kalibo Aklan, Philippines to Emelina D. Santiago and Salvador Pmatian Santiago. She passed away March 7, 2025 at Sunset Cliffs Elder Care in Point Loma. Before Lori was diagnosed with dementia/ alzheimers, she enjoyed cooking for the family and making sure everyone was fed. She also loved going on long walks and spending time with her grandkids. She worked in custodial services and retired in 2010. Lori is survived by her daughter Maria Victoria, son Mario and three grandchildren. She spent her days taking care of her late son Alfred Jr. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. May you rest in peace grandma.
