Lee Brooks II

Lee Brooks II better known as Lil Lee was born October 1, 1997 in San Diego , CA to his late parents: Lee Brooks I , and Connie Malone. Lee Brooks was the only child and Connie was his sole parent until her return to Heaven in 2019. In which time his cousin Denysha Malone and dear friend Raysha stepped in and assumed the position as his care providers.

Although Lil Lee never spoke a word he knew how to light up every room he entered and brought joy to everyone he encountered. He received his education at various schools and received his High School diploma from Stein Education Center in December 2019. Lee went on to learn so many things like to help around the house, how to grocery shop, do his laundry, help with yard work, cleaning his room, communicate his needs, say “I love you” in ASL and much more. He truly enjoyed being at home and being an active part of the family. Lee had so much joy in just existing and learning new things.

Lee loved being in the church and listening to the amazing gospel music. Lee accepted Christ as his savior and was baptized by Rev. Anderson in 2007 at the age of 10. He grew up in the church along side his cousins Denysha Malone, Shawny Malone, Dennis Malone jr. As well as his mother Connie Malone and Grandmother Mildred Malone

Lee enjoy swinging his arms and dancing, jumping in the trampoline, toy trucks, rattles, eating especially burgers and fries, long car rides, and loud music. He leaves behind to enjoy this in his memory his cousins: Shawny Malone, Dennis JR, Lena Baker ; Uncles Dennis Malone, Larry Malone and Robert Malone; His baby cousins Harmony Malone and Kali Bailey; And his Best friends Denysha Malone and Raysha Blalock. Lee was preceded in death by his parents Lee Brooks I, Connie Malone and his grandmother Mildred Malone.
