Lawrence Gregory Walker

Lawrence Gregory Walker was born July 28, 1993 in San Diego California, to the proud parent of Naomi Fuller and Leon Walker III. Raised by Karen and Craig Spriggs of San Diego Ca. Lawrence attended Nestor Elementary, Southwest Middle School, Southwest High school in San Diego CA.

At an early age he made the choice for eternal life and accepted Christ as his savior at Faith Chapel Church of God and Christ. “Buddha” as he was affectionately known as, played basketball and football at Southwest High School. He also enjoyed video games and family gatherings. Buddha loved to make whoever was around him laugh and he had a smile that could light up any room. He also loved his sweets, weather it was candy, ice cream or his mom Karen’s famous cheesecake, he wanted it. Buddha had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need.

Lawrence is preceded in death by his Grandparents Tillmer and Iridene White and great grandfather Francis L Mills also known as Grampy, Sister TaKeena Lasha Berry.

Lawrence gained his wings to glory March 15, 2019.

Throughout his life he touched many hearts and will truly be missed.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Samantha Annalee Walker of Modesto Ca, parents Naomi Mills of Modesto Ca, Leon Walker II of San Diego CA, step father David Mills of Modesto Ca, Craig and Karen Spriggs of San Diego, grandparents Johnnie L Walker and Leon O Walker Sr of San Diego Ca, great grandmother Rebecca Mills of San Diego , Brothers Lee Quillar of Modesto Ca, Leon Walker III of Modesto Ca, Sisters Artishiya Mills of San Diego Ca, Jazzmine Jones of Vallejo Ca, Natasha Hill, Kourtney Spriggs, and Kayanna Spriggs all of San Diego Ca. Uncles Lawrence West of Washington and David Thomas of Las Vegas NV, and a host of family, friends and loved ones to mourn his passing and celebrate his life.
