Kevin Michael Foster passed away peacefully in his home on Sept 11 2025. Kevin was born in Youngstown, Ohio and has lived in San Diego, California the past 40 yrs.
He is the son of John V Foster and Judith J Forrest of Youngstown, Ohio.
Kevin is a brother to 12 siblings and the Fabian Family in San Diego, and an amazing friend to everyone he met.
