Joyce Tamares Belicario

Joyce Tamares was born on November 29, 1977, in Portsmouth, Virginia, the only daughter of Emma and Nicanor Tamares. She is survived by her husband Jessie and their two children, Jasmine and Jasper.

At age two, Joyce moved to Chula Vista, California. She pursued a career in healthcare and became a Pharmacy Technician. Joyce married Jessie in the Philippines in 2005, where they started their family.  She loved reading, trying new foods, cooking for loved ones, and sharing her passion for Korean culture.

Joyce will be remembered for her warm smile, kind heart, and the joy she brought to everyone around her.
