Joanne Kidd

Joanne Kidd was born Joanne Jordan on August 14,1935, the sixth child to Joe and Daisy Jordan in Toledo, Ohio. There she grew up with her siblings and received her formal education in the Swanton public school system.

Some years later Joanne met and later married Robert O. Kidd Jr. in 1957. They moved to California where Joanne worked for the Federal Civil Service until her retirement. She was active in the church and various ministries throughout the years.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Robert, as well as her brother Floyd Jordan, and sisters Doris Ann Jordan, Thelma Ernestine Stubblefield and Vivian Louise Johnson.

Joanne was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She leaves to mourn her passing her son Robert Jerome Kidd; daughter Inger Danielle Kidd; granddaughter Cheryll Ann Kidd; two sisters Daisy Davis in Las Vegas, Nevada and Mildred Tilghman in Florence, Kentucky; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and special friends.
