He was a loving father to his sons Jeff, Randy Gene, and Steve, and a cherished father-in-law to Joselyn, Marie, and Jeanette. Fulgencio was also a doting grandfather to Lauren, Lanie, Jonathan, Genevieve, Tristian, and Trevor. His family was his pride and joy, and he often shared stories of their accomplishments with a twinkle in his eye and a proud smile on his face.
