Frankie Mae Joshway was born on February 28, 1941 in Birdsong, Arkansas to Ophelia and John Henry Cochran, who received their wings before her.
Frankie’s early years was spent in Blytheville, Arkansas. It was here that she met and married her first love, Thomas Franklin Joshway and sailed away to Hawaii and eventually settled in San Diego, CA Where she lived the rest of her fulfilling life. She became a devoted mother in 1965 and she could not have done a better job. The union and love between Frankie and her daughter was extraordinary and cannot be duplicated. She was alive and vibrant.
Frankie was witty, sharp, vibrant, spunky and full of life. She will be remembered by many and honored by others.
