Faron Lee Racca, Sr. was born in Baytown, Texas to Lee E. Racca Sr. and Naomi Racca on December 02, 1959. He went to high school at Fairview High School in Grant, Louisiana and graduated with his sister Althea Lantron in 1978. He went on to earn his college degree towards Computer Science at the Delta College of Arts and Technology. Faron also served in the United States Navy.

Faron’s passions in life were his wife, children, family, friends, cooking, football, and he loved to dance and sing. He called himself the Cajun Outlaw and he had a dream of opening his own restaurant. He would have called that restaurant the “Cajun Outlaws Kitchen.” Faron was an energetic fan of the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers football teams. Faron loved watching football. He was the greatest “Who Dat” fan in the world.

Faron was very selfless, kind, a true Cajun, and an amazing chef.  Faron always enjoyed working with his hands, building, and putting things together. Some of his favorite hobbies included cooking, gator by the bay, listening to Louisiana Creole Cajun music, enjoying the beach and its sunsets, and watching his LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints football teams win. Faron’s beautiful smile, ability to listen, cheerful laugh, and continuous heartfelt guidance will be deeply missed.

Faron is preceded in death by his father Lee E. Racca Sr.
