Born on June 18, 1957, in Calasiao, Pangasinan, Philippines, Elsa was the cherished daughter of Angel Uson and Rufina Caragay. She was the youngest of six siblings, with three sisters and two brothers, forming a close-knit family that she treasured deeply.
Elsa pursued her education with dedication, earning a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pangasinan. In June 1985, she embarked on a new chapter by immigrating to the United States, where she built a life filled with love and warmth.
Known for her kindness, generosity, and compassion, Elsa touched the lives of many. Her home was a gathering place for family and friends, where she delighted in cooking and hosting memorable parties. Her culinary skills and welcoming spirit made every occasion special.
Elsa had a passion for travel, exploring new places with enthusiasm and joy. She also enjoyed the thrill of playing slot machines at casinos, a pastime that brought her much happiness.
Throughout her life, Elsa remained devoted to her family, always offering support and love. Her legacy of kindness and generosity will be remembered by all who knew her.
