Dominador Orana, age 74, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2025, at Scripps Hospital in San Diego, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born in Batangas, Philippines, on December 17, 1950, Dominador spent most of his life in San Diego, California — though his heart always belonged to Batangas. A quiet and steady presence, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially tending to his garden. Gardening brought him peace and was one of the ways he stayed connected to his roots.

Dominador is survived by his beloved wife, Celestina, and their children: Danny, Bruce, Bella, Lia, Iris, Efren, Pablo, Jaymar, Jerone, Domenick, and Trobell. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Ria. His love lives on through his family, who will cherish his memory and the life they shared with him.

A funeral service will be held on June 27, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at California Chapel and Burial Services. All who knew Dominador and wish to honor his memory are welcome to attend.
