Carol Fuller-Starks was born on June 30, 1963 in San Diego, California. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph Nathaniel Fuller and Joyce Dorothy Fuller; sisters Pamela Jean Fuller and Robin Nanette Fuller. Carol leaves behind a loving daughter Brianna Joyce Starks; brother Frederick Lee Fuller; sisters Debra Ann Mitchell and Audrey Marie Goodwin (Devon Goodwin). Carol also leave behind a host of cousins, nieces, nephews as well as other family members and friends.
