Roses for Mom

If roses grow in heaven
Lord please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my mother’s arms
And tell her they’re from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns and smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for a while.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it everyday.
But there’s an ache in my heart
that will never go away.

Our loving mother, Angelina Arellano, sadly passed away on December 21, 2024 at the age of 75. She was a devoted wife and a compassionate mother who embodied strength, grace, and tenderness. She is survived by her children Alvin, Raphael, Eulalio Jr, Elmer, and Lilah Joy, her daughters in law  Raquel, Gen, and Lyn and her son in law Bryan. She now joins her husband Eulalio, her mother Eduarda, and her father Sigfredo. Angelina chose to surround herself with love and peace during her last days and her wisdom and legacy will live on through her grandchildren Aldryn, Francheska, Francine, Isabella, Ivan, Colin, and Elmer Jr.
