Mr. Kendall passed away in La Jolla, California. He served over three decades in the United States Navy as a diver and submariner, a World War II and Korean War Veteran.
He will receive full military honors at his memorial service on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 11:30am, Miramar National Cemetery.
