Edward Leon Starlard

            Edward Leon Starlard was born on Tuesday June 12th 1962 in Portsmouth Va. He was about 5lbs. at birth and needed to be carried on a pillow. He called San Diego home since he was in elementary school and graduated from Hoover High.

            “Easy” as his friends so lovingly called him, worked for over 20 years as a Forman at Green Toes. He was a free spirit who loved the San Diego lifestyle. Fishing, eating out, spending time with friends, listening to music and telling jokes are the things he loved to do. Going to the beach with his only daughter was one of the things he cherished.

            Edward was preceded in death by his Mother Marie Candler, Edward Yancy, and brother Jai Robair Starlard. He leaves behind a grieving family including his daughter Katrina Cannon from Dawn Hoyt, sisters Mickie Starlard and Cathy Starlard, father Michael Starlard, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family including Wayne McMahon and family.

            Edward passed away on Tuesday December 3rd 2018 from injuries he sustained from an attack on November 18th, 2018. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the GoFund Me account.
